Ideally located at 362 Walton Fields Road (just off Chatsworth Road) behind Crown Paints, the appropriately-named iDeal Flooring & Roll-end centre (formally known as iDeal Carpets) offers the complete flooring solution. Whether you want bleached cleanable or traditional wool carpets, LVT, laminate, vinyl, artificial grass or engineered wood, iDeal Flooring can satisfy your preferences and requirements.

“We ensure our overheads are kept as low as possible by carrying out many aspects of the business ourselves,” says Kevin. “We measure and quote for all jobs, often calling to see customers before the shop is open, or after the shop has closed. I oversee things personally from concept to completion. In this way, we guarantee the highest professional levels of craftsmanship and the ultimate in excellent personal service.”

iDeal Flooring is fortunate to have a team of trusted fitters, joined and managed by co-owner Callum Virgillio. Callum himself is a highly experienced fitter and ensures all work is carried out to his exacting standards. “We can do any flooring and do all our own floor preparation like screeding and ply boarding to ensure top standards,” says Callum.

Together we make sure our prices are highly competitive without compromising on quality. “People are sometimes surprised by the prices, but we would rather have more customers than high profit.” Says Kevin

“We moved premises to expand and offer a takeaway selection. With carpet and vinyl roll stock and roll ends and if they want them fitted quickly, we can do that too!"

Wherever possible, we try to ‘buy British’. “It’s important to us that we support UK manufacturers wherever we can,” Kevin says. “We can’t just offer UK brands, but we do whatever we can to promote them. There are over 2500 samples on display in our showroom, and we have access to a comprehensive additional range. If a customer can’t find what they’re looking for in the showroom, we can usually track down the perfect Flooring for them.”

In addition to the residential market, iDeal Flooring also works for commercial contracts. iDeal Flooring has completed installations in offices, churches, nursing homes, retail premises and rental properties nationwide.

Both Kevin and Callum go to great lengths to keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the flooring industry.
